·       Repeating your Course

If you feel the length of time spent on your practical Training was not enough and you wish to repeat the course you can do this once free of charge (within 6 months of when you first took the course) with the same tutor. This can be organised direct with the tutor.  You are able to come back once without charge if you need to repeat the course again if you fail both times you will have to pay the full course fee once again.

if you have passed and wish to repeat your training this will be offered a few days before a course that may have last minute cancellations or have places available - please contact your tutor to be put on the waiting list to be contacted for last min places to become available. You will be able to book your place the week the course takes place.

If you fail your course and you are not awarded a certificate you are not entitled to a refund or a transfer to another course - you are entitled however within 6 months to come back at a date convenient to you and the tutor to take the course again free of charge. However, you are only able to come back and re-take this course once. if you fail again and you want to come back and take the course again you would be required to book again on our web site paying the full fee again.


·       Tutor material

EyeCandy advertises the material given by the private tutor or school in good faith.  in the unlikely event that you have a grievance with the private tutor or school, you should raise your complaint in the first instance with them directly.

Please be aware that all our course material is copyright to EyeCandy and the tutor who wrote it.  students are not authorized to teach this course unless they are promoted on our web site through EyeCandy.


I, the student understand that any paperwork given to me is copyright to EyeCandy. I  understand that I must not use this in any other way, other than for my own personal learning. Should EyeCandy suspect plagiarism or any form of using the paperwork by any other means,

they reserve the right to refuse training or pursue legal action against me


If you are looking to become a tutor please contact us for possible places on our team, or teach our courses from your own salon/premises, we have a level 3 award in teaching course that you will need to complete if you do not already have one that we will give 50% off if you are wanting to join our team. we will talk you through everything and help you get set up and started. however if you wish to set up on your own due to the strict copyright we have on all of our material no paragraph, photograph from our web site or manuals or any written material given out may be copied, reproduced or transmitted without the written permission of the authors or in accordance with the provisions of copyright. Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Any person breaching copyright may be liable to criminal prosecution and a claim for civil damages.  




·       Contraindications    

When you sign this form you agree to our terms and conditions in full you agree to adhere to this request below with regard to letting us know about any health issues you may have.

Important - We put the tutors and your safety and comfort first at all times and as with any treatments there are contra-indications to consider which MAY affect your involvement/participation on the course. This also applies for all the other students on the course - the person or paying friend you may be pairing up with to practice. If you have any concerns, we are happy to cover these before the course starts. Please raise any issues in private immediately before training begins. Your tutor will be more than happy to assist.

By signing this form, you agree to inform the tutor before training begins of any of the following contraindications:

Pregnancy - Are you within the first three months? Cancer, HIV and AIDS, Epilepsy, HBP or heart conditions, Infectious skin disorders like chicken pox, Contagious illness, Diabetes (if skin is very thin bruising may occur), Paralysis or loss of sensation.

Recent surgery on neck or face (if attending Natural Lift Facial Massage/ Indian Head Massage any other facial course)
 You may need a letter from your GP stating that it is safe/appropriate for you to give and receive a massage treatment on a one-day course. Care should also be taken if you are suffering from the following during the day of the course.  Again this may affect your participation on the course:

Local Psoriasis or Eczema - open sores or infections to the skin or ears, cold sores, High temperature or fever, drunk or under the influence of other drugs, local pain such as toothache, sunburnt, hypersensitive or broken skin, acute inflammation or swelling, severe acne, procedures such as Botox in the previous three weeks, Conjunctivitis

By signing this form, you confirm that you are in a good physical condition and fully able to participate in the course and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional and that you certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation at the training course. 


·        Working with Students

By signing this form, you agree that When you attending/participating in a course with us often you may be working with other students who are not qualified and are beginners, however they are under the direction of a qualified tutor and both EyeCandy Salon and your tutor cannot be held liable for any damage caused by other students to both yourself or your property.

Please note that the study hours stated on our website are estimated times.  These time can vary depending on the student’s individual needs.  PLEASE NOTE if you are the only person booked on this course that usually requires two students working on each other and you are working on a model and alternative substitute instead. It is likely that the course will be finished earlier than expected due to their being no swap over. The estimated times include 30 minutes for lunch. If you decide to work through lunch there is a chance this may also cause the session to end earlier than expected.  If the session is full, you understand that sometimes the lesson may go slightly over than expected. By signing this form you are agreeing that you understand.





·        Equality

EyeCandy Salon will not tolerate racial, homophobic or discriminatory abuse in any form. Anyone who is found abusing another student or member of staff will be immediately escorted of the premises and no refund will be given.  The use of threatening behaviour and/or foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden. You agree that you will not discriminate against any material or content or any individual person.  You will not slander, libel or defame EyeCandy or any person or individual associated with EyeCandy, whether directly or indirectly nor contribute to or distribute such defamation whether oral and published.  If you have and concerns, these can be risen with your tutor and will be handled responsibly, professionally and in a positive manner.  

if a learner has a disability or a learning difficulty please inform EyeCandy to ensure the correct guidance and support can be offered

  • communicate issues, suggestions or concerns

  • I understand that in the instance that I do need to change my dates, EyeCandy will always do their best to accommodate my needs and in any serious circumstances, they will do what they can to support me. However, I understand clearly that they hold no obligation to entitle my moving of any dates for training

  • If for any reason I can not attend my course(s) I will let EyeCandy know as soon as

  • I understand that I am not entitled to a refund for any payments made for courses

  • I understand that should I purchase a course in the ‘sale’ or on a ‘special discount’ that this will become void, if EyeCandy accommodate me moving my date and understand that I may be liable to pay any additional costs for them doing so

  • I understand that upon completion of the course(s) that I am going to be learning, EyeCandy holds no liability towards my actions outside of supervised training

  • I understand that all training sessions require me to arrange models and will remain the case unless specifically stated otherwise

  • I understand that all models are required to pay for their treatments and should they fail to pay it is my responsibility to cover the costs

  • I understand that arranging models is the responsibility of myself and not of EyeCandy Training.  I further understand that I should do so in advance and give myself ample time to find said models for training so that it does not delay training in any way

Health and Safety 

we offer a safe and professional standard of training, and ask all of our students to help maintain these standards and be reminded that our regulations are also compulsory for Health and safety purposes. 

student must 

arrive clean and well presented black plain clothes should be worn hair should be clean and tied back off the face nails need to be a workable length and clean high heels should not be worn closed flat shoes should be worn appropriate jewellery such as studded earrings and wedding bands are allowed 

The Health and Safety Work Act 1974 and subsequent legislation places a duty upon the management of an establishment to secure and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and those affected by the services provided.  EyeCandy provides information and procedures for accidents, fire and emergencies 

conducting a healthy, safe and professional environment

mobile phones must be switched to silent during lessons

coats must be placed on the coat hangers provided personal bags must be stored under the table or beauty couch you will be working at ensuring all handles are tucked away 


Privacy Policy

It is very important that your information is kept private and for this reason EyeCandy Training will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you have given us your permission. The information is gathered when you book a course with us or fill in one of our online forms. We keep personal information of our customers private under the data protection act.

Deposit/Booking Fee - A deposit/booking Fee is required at the time of booking. this is to secure your place and the date and give you access to your pre course study materials therefore is non-refundable.  Once your deposit/booking fee has been paid you will be sent you your pre course study workbooks so you can begin your course and prepare for your training day.  if for any reason you can not make your selected training date, you can request to reschedule to a different date.  you must give us 10 days notice in writing if you would like to reschedule your training date unless it is Covid related or extreme circumstances.  In which case, you will have to provide us with proof.  you can only reschedule once. if you need to reschedule a second or more time(s) you will need to pay your deposit again.  your deposit can not be transferred to a different course
